What to expect

From the first look to the keys back in your hand.

Nobody enjoys the part where their car disappears into a shop for a week. Here is exactly what happens to your vehicle at 40923 Albrae St, in order, so there are no surprises.

The eight steps

  1. Bring the vehicle in

Walk in Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or Saturday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. No appointment needed. Bring your claim number if a claim is already open, and for a DSP or fleet van, the unit number and who to bill.

  2. Free written estimate

We write it while you wait. Estimates are free. Photos help us ballpark a job over the phone, but an in-person look is the only way to catch damage hiding behind a panel. You leave with a target completion date.

  3. Insurance approval, if there is a claim

The estimate goes to your carrier and we handle the adjuster back-and-forth from there. You are free to choose your own shop; your insurer can recommend one, but the decision is yours.

  4. Teardown and parts

Panels come off so we can see everything. If we find damage that was not visible on the outside, it gets documented and added to the claim as a supplement, and parts are ordered. This is the step that most often moves a target date, and we call you when it does.

  5. Body and frame work

Structural and frame repair happens before cosmetics. Panels are repaired or replaced and fitted so the gaps line up the way the factory intended.

  6. Paint and blend

We pull your paint code, mix to it, and blend into the surrounding panels so there is no visible line where the repair ends.

  7. Reassembly and checks

Trim, glass, lighting and hardware go back on, and the vehicle gets checked over, including wheel alignment where the repair calls for it.

  8. Pickup

We call you when it is ready and walk you around the finished repair before you drive off.

How long does it actually take?

It depends on the damage and on parts availability. A bumper cover is usually days. Structural work is longer. Two vehicles that look similarly damaged in the parking lot can be a week apart once the panels come off.

What we will not do is leave you guessing. You get a target date with your estimate, and a call from us if anything moves it.

What we need from you

The vehicle

Photos help us ballpark the job, but the written estimate comes after we see it in person.

Your claim number

Only if a claim is already open. If it is not, we can still write you a free estimate.

Fleet details

For a DSP or work van: the unit number and who to bill. Commercial accounts get consolidated billing.

Fleet and DSP vans move differently

A van that is not moving is not earning. Commercial accounts get priority intake and scheduling, parts pre-ordered for drivable vans, and corporate billing with the adjuster paperwork handled for you.
