Who we are
Spark Collision Center is an auto body and collision repair shop located at 40923 Albrae St, Fremont, CA 94538. You can reach us at (925) 599-1137 during business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Spark Collision Center.
Information you give us
When you fill out the estimate or contact form on this site, we ask for your first and last name, phone number, email address, whether the vehicle is a commercial fleet vehicle, an Amazon DSP van or a personal vehicle, and a description of the vehicle and the damage. If you call or visit the shop, we may also record details needed to write an estimate or process a repair, such as your vehicle information, insurance carrier and claim number, and for fleet customers, the unit number and billing contact.
You do not have to give us any of this. If you would rather not use the form, call the shop or come by in person.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one collects some technical information automatically when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and how you arrived. We use Google Analytics for this. Google sets cookies and may process this data on our behalf; you can read Google's own privacy documentation for details, and you can opt out using Google's browser add-on or your browser's cookie controls.
This site is hosted on Webflow, which keeps standard server logs. Some pages embed a Google Maps frame so you can find the shop, and some assets such as web fonts and icons load from third-party providers. Those providers may see your IP address as part of delivering the content.
How we use it
- To respond to your estimate request or question.
- To write estimates, order parts, and complete and invoice repairs.
- To communicate with your insurance carrier or adjuster about your claim, when you have asked us to handle it.
- To manage commercial and fleet accounts, including consolidated billing.
- To keep the website working and understand, in aggregate, how people use it.
- To meet legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it is needed to do the work or where the law requires it. That can include your insurance carrier or adjuster when you are running a claim through us, parts suppliers and subcontracted specialists working on your vehicle, and service providers who help us operate, such as our website host, analytics provider and payment processor. It can also include law enforcement or other parties where we are legally required to respond.
Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your estimate, your repair status, or a question we need answered to keep the job moving. Standard message and data rates may apply. Tell us if you would rather not be texted.
How long we keep it
We keep repair and estimate records for as long as we need them to service the vehicle, handle warranty questions, and satisfy accounting and legal requirements. Website analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's default retention settings.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. California residents have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
