Before you come in
Estimates are free and you do not need an appointment. Bringing a few things along makes the visit faster.
- The vehicle itself. Photos help us ballpark the job, but an in-person look is the only way to catch damage hiding behind a panel.
- Your insurance claim number, if a claim is already open. We handle the back-and-forth with the adjuster from there.
- For fleet and DSP vans, the unit number and who to bill. Commercial accounts get priority intake and consolidated billing.

40923 Albrae St, Fremont, CA 94538 — in the Albrae Street industrial park on the west side of I-880, about 5 minutes from the Auto Mall Parkway exit and a few blocks north of the Albrae Street Walmart, across from Pacific Commons.
- From I-880 northbound (San Jose, Milpitas): exit Auto Mall Parkway, head west toward Pacific Commons, then turn right onto Albrae St. About 5 minutes from the exit.
- From I-880 southbound (Oakland, Hayward, Union City): exit Stevenson Blvd, head west, then turn left onto Albrae St. About 5 minutes from the exit.
- From I-680 / Mission Blvd (Pleasanton, Tri-Valley): take Auto Mall Parkway west across I-880, then turn right onto Albrae St. About 10 minutes.
- From Newark / Dumbarton Bridge (CA-84): take Stevenson Blvd east toward I-880 and turn right onto Albrae St just before the freeway. About 10 minutes.
