Insurance claims

We handle the insurance side.

Bring us the vehicle and the claim number. We write the estimate, deal with the adjuster, and keep you posted while the repair moves. You do not have to referee it.

Carriers we work with

We work with all major carriers. These are the ones that come through our bays in Fremont most often:

  • State Farm
  • GEICO
  • Farmers
  • Mercury
  • Allstate
  • Progressive
  • Liberty Mutual
  • AAA

Do not see yours? Call the shop at (925) 599-1137. Not seeing a carrier on this list does not mean we cannot repair the vehicle.

You pick the shop. Not your insurer.

Your insurance company can recommend a shop, but the decision is yours. If you want the repair done at Spark Collision Center, tell your adjuster and send them here.

Direct-repair lists exist for the carrier's convenience. Choosing your own shop does not void your claim and does not change your coverage.

How a claim runs through our shop

  1. Bring the vehicle in

Walk in Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or Saturday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. No appointment needed. Bring the claim number if a claim is already open.

  2. We write a free estimate

Estimates are free and we write them while you wait. Photos help us ballpark the job, but an in-person look is the only way to catch damage hiding behind a panel.

  3. We talk to the adjuster

The estimate goes to your carrier and we handle the back-and-forth from there, including supplements if we find more damage once panels come off.

  4. Parts, repair and paint

Parts get ordered, structural and body work gets done, and we pull your paint code, mix to it, and blend into the surrounding panels so there is no visible line where the repair ends.

  5. You get a target date

You get a target completion date with your estimate, and a call from us if anything moves it.

Fleet and commercial claims

Corporate billing

Commercial accounts get corporate billing and consolidated invoicing instead of a stack of separate tickets.

Adjuster paperwork handled

We keep the adjuster paperwork off your dispatcher's desk so your office is not chasing documents.

Priority intake

Fleet and Amazon DSP vans get priority intake and scheduling, with parts pre-ordered for drivable vans.

Fleet & DSP repair

What to bring with you

  • The vehicle itself. Photos help, but we need to see it.
  • Your claim number, if a claim is already open.
  • For a DSP or fleet van: the unit number and who to bill.

That is enough for us to get started. If a claim is not open yet, we can still write you a free estimate.

Open claim? Bring it to Albrae St.

40923 Albrae St, Fremont, CA 94538. Free estimates, no appointment needed.
